We offer flexible delivery options designed to meet your unique needs. Enjoy the freedom to select your preferred delivery date and method, ensuring your pet products arrive exactly when and how you want them.

Whether you choose our dedicated WNP drivers or SF Express, we strive to make pet care hassle-free and personalized just for you!

Delivery Date and Method Options

You can now choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:
  • Small Orders (below 2kg): Dispatched via SF Express.
  • Large Orders (above 10kg): Delivered by WNP drivers.
  • Mid-Size Orders (between 2kg and 10kg): You can select your preferred delivery method, either SF Express or WNP drivers.

  • SF Express delivery are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • WNP drivers delivery are taking place on selected days depending on your district from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • Suitable date can be selected through a calendar during checkout.

Pickup Option

  • LOHAS Store: Same-day free pickup in store available for orders placed before 12 PM (Noon).
