【Prize Details】

【Visitor Guidelines】

  1. NAKED FLOWERS Show - 【Pet Lovers' Day】Pet Package Ticket is valid for the Dates: August 18, 25, September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (every Sunday) Time: 4 PM - 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:00 PM). Subject to the latest guidelines from the official NAKED FLOWERS website.
  2. Each pet package ticket is valid for one adult and one dog. Additional friends or pets will require separate tickets.
  3. Please arrive at the venue entrance on time according to the designated time stated on your ticket. The earliest queuing time is 30 minutes before the ticketed entry time, and you may need to wait for at least 30 minutes for entry.
  4. If you are unable to enter on the designated day and time, the ticket will be invalidated and no refund or ticket exchange will be arranged.
  5. The ticket is for single-use only and cannot be used for multiple entries. The ticket is valid only during the exhibition period. Selling or reselling tickets at the venue is prohibited.
  6. Due to safety considerations, some exhibition areas have time and capacity limits for visitors. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
  7. Children under 12 years of age with a valid ticket must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If there are any doubts, the staff may request identification or age verification documents for checking. Parents, guardians, and/or accompanying adults are responsible for the behavior of children. If children disturb others, cause harassment, or intentionally damage the exhibition installations, they may be asked to leave. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit participants from entering or remove them from the exhibition due to improper behavior.
  8. Visitors with valid adult tickets can bring one child under 3 years of age for free entry on the same day. Each adult is limited to one child under 3 years of age. If there are any doubts, the staff may request identification or age verification documents for checking.
  9. The latest entry time for the last session of the day is 9:00 PM. Visitors who miss the latest entry time will not be allowed to enter, refund the ticket, or exchange it. The exhibition hall will close at 10:00 PM, and visitors must leave the venue by 10:00 PM or earlier.
  10. Unless the event is postponed, canceled due to severe weather or exhibition accidents, refunds or ticket exchanges are not allowed.
  11. Please take care of strollers and personal belongings as there is no storage service provided. Restrooms are not available inside the exhibition hall; please use the facilities in "1881" before re-entering the exhibition.
  12. For safety management reasons, wheelchairs are not allowed in certain areas.
  13. Visitors are not allowed to bring large personal items into the exhibition.
  14. Cameras are allowed inside the exhibition, but please respect the copyright of the artworks. The use of flash, tripods, lighting equipment, and selfie sticks is prohibited.
  15. Commercial photography or interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
  16. Eating and smoking are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
  17. Except during the Dog-Friendly Day period, pets are not allowed in the exhibition area.
  18. The Dog-Friendly Day period is every Sunday from 16:00 to 22:00. During this time, visitors may bring dogs into the exhibition area. Please be aware of this.
  19. Visitors must ensure that all dog(s) must have been duly inoculated against rabies and be accompanied by a valid dog license issued by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. All dog(s) must be implanted with a microchip for identification. Visitors need to present proof of a valid dog license and vaccine record on the event day for verification.
  20. All dog(s) must be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases at least 14 days prior to the event, which includes:
    • Canine distemper,
    • Canine parvovirus, and
    • Any such additional diseases as the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department may consider appropriate.
  21. Visitors should pay attention to the safety of themselves and their dogs, and keep their dogs under control effectively, in order not to cause any loss of dogs, nuisance, or danger to other people and dogs.
  22. All dog(s) must remain on leashes inside the exhibition at all times. All dog(s) should be on a leash of not more than 2 meters in length.
  23. If the dog belongs to either Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross involving any of these breeds, i.e., the fighting dogs or known as dangerous dogs, as well as dogs over 20kg, they must wear a muzzle and the leash should not exceed 1.5 meters in length.
  24. If dogs cause any damage or defilement to the facilities within the exhibition hall, the organizer reserves the right to charge cleaning and repair fees.
  25. Please keep the venue clean and hygienic at all times. Dogs should not urinate or defecate indiscriminately. There are no designated dog toilets within the exhibition hall. Visitors should bring necessary supplies and cleaning products in case their dogs need to relieve themselves.
  26. At all times, visitors must strictly comply with the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Cap. 139), the Dogs and Cats Ordinance (Cap. 167), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (Cap. 169), the Rabies Ordinance (Cap. 421), and the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Cap. 586), including all subsidiary legislation and other relevant regulations.
  27. If any of the following situations occur, staff have the right to request the visitor to leave with their dog, and no refunds will be given:
    • Failure to present a dog license and vaccine record
    • Dogs showing signs of illness or discomfort during the event
    • Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other visitors or dogs
    • Visitors not using appropriate leashes as per guidelines
    • Visitors unable or failing to control their dogs properly
  28. Dangerous and flammable items are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition.
  29. All visitors enter at their own risk. Due to the dim lighting and uneven/slippery surfaces in some areas, all visitors, especially the elderly, pregnant women, and wheelchair users, should exercise extra caution when visiting and appreciating the exhibits. If any assistance is needed, please contact the on-site staff.
  30. In order to maintain exhibition quality and safety, certain areas may have time and capacity restrictions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and queue accordingly.
  31. Please follow the designated visitor routes, exhibition rules, and instructions from the on-site staff inside the exhibition area. If there is a large crowd, please queue patiently.
  32. For safety management reasons, wheelchair users may not be able to access certain facilities. Please wait and follow the instructions of the staff if there is a crowded situation and a limited number of wheelchair entry slots.
  33. In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to evacuate.
  34. Some exhibition areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice.
  35. Some exhibits may have bright lights and loud sound effects that may cause momentary sensory discomfort. If you experience any discomfort, please notify the on-site staff for assistance.
  36. Visitors are prohibited from touching equipment and devices. In the event of damage to exhibits, compensation may be required.
  37. The organizers reserve the right not to reissue lost tickets and may change, modify, add, or revoke any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
