Cats are carnivores. Their bodies are specifically designed for a low-carb diet. They don't produce the enzymes needed to digest carbohydrates, such as vegetables. That's why MUSH's Cat & Kitten raw food is 100% meat, entirely grain free and does not contain any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Made from a high protein, moderate fat formula, with balanced Omega 6 and 3 fatty acids and essential minerals from natural or organic compounds. The protein comes from real meat, not from vegetable sources or commonly-used “meat byproducts”.
The Pink Menu contains higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and B vitamins and can therefore be particularly good for cats, whose skin and coat quality needs improvement, e.g. during moulting periods when the coat can become dull and the fur sheds excessively.
