• Redemption of Pet Fragrance Mist: The Fefe Pet Fragrance Mist will be redeemed together with the 1-to-1 session. If you need to redeem separately, please contact our customer service and remark. The Fragrance Mist can be redeemed at either ALC or Lohas store locations. Please present your online order number to our staff for redemption confirmation.
• Store Hours: The Fefe Pet Fragrance Mist is available for redemption during the store's opening hours. The 1-to-1 grooming session must be scheduled according to the booking made online.
• Booking Confirmation: The booking will be confirmed by WhatsApp with the payment completion. Once your 1-to-1 session is booked and confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed or refunded.
• Absence Policy: If you are unable to attend the workshop session (except weather conditions), it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Late Arrival Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered as a completed session, and it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• While stock lasts. Offer may end without prior notice.- This offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All products are subject to availability of stock.
